Nonprofit Experience

Ms. Xuan is the founder and current executive director of Elevate Community Center, an award winning nonprofit organization in Santa Clara, CA, providing legal services to low income individuals and families in areas of domestic violence/family law, tenant rights, legal services for small businesses, criminal record clearance, elder abuse, and general civil litigation.

Ms. Xuan founded the organization in 2020, and quickly grew the organization to an operating budget of over one million in under four years, serving over 1,000 clients per year. The organization has received many government grants at all levels, including state, federal, city, and county.

For-Profit Experience

Ms. Xuan has over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, sales, and entrepreneurship. She has recruited, trained, and led sales teams in direct sales, business to consumer sales, and business to business sales. She has founded multiple businesses across various industries, including real estate, finance, and restaurant hospitality.

In addition, Ms. Xuan has extensive experience counseling and providing legal services to small businesses as a California licensed attorney.
